1. Overview
At Stackshala Technologies Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with Vokt. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for Vokt licenses.
2. Vokt License Details
2.1 License Period: Vokt licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
2.2 No Auto-Renewal: Licenses do NOT automatically renew. You must manually renew your license before it expires to continue accessing Vokt.
2.3 Expiration: Upon expiration, your access to Vokt will be suspended until the license is renewed. You will receive notifications before expiration.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 No Cancellation Required: Since licenses do not auto-renew, there is no need to actively cancel. Simply do not renew when your license expires.
3.2 Mid-Term: If you wish to stop using Vokt during your license period, you may stop at any time. However, the license remains valid until its expiration date.
3.3 Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at contact@stackshala.com.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time Vokt license purchases. If you are not satisfied with Vokt, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Conditions:
- Refund request must be made within 14 days of payment
- Applies only to first-time purchases
- Must not have violated our Terms of Service
4.2 Refunds After 14 Days
Refunds requested after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented service usage
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service unavailability for extended periods
4.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after 14 days
- Failure to use the service during the license period
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial refunds for unused portions of the license term
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your registered email address
- Provide your payment/order ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are subject to Razorpay's policies and processing times. Currency conversion fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.
